Red leaves in spring turning maroon with green hues. Many red samaras in spring. Said to be an "updated" 'Atrolineare' in that the look is more delicate and feathery since the leaves are slightly thinner than 'Atrolineare' Holds color well and will not burn in hot sun. Upright, vase shape forming a flat top. 8 ft. Sun/part shade in well-drained soil.
