RED EMPEROR-3 gallon heavy 4-4 1/2 ft crooked trunk

Similar to 'Bloodgood' but with a brighter maroon color and leafing out later in the spring which is good for areas with late frosts. Holds color well through out the summer months before turning bright crimson in the fall. 20-24 ft. Full sun in well-drained soil. Zone 5.
