Pacific Fire-2 gallon

A superb vine maple with fire-red bark that is outstanding in the winter. New growth is also flaming red. In the summer the rounded leaves turn emerald green still a beautiful contrast with the red bark. In full sun, the leaves will have a nice bronze color. Fall color is bright orange with yellow hues. Upright, stiff branching. Forms a multi-stemmed, shrub like tree. 8 ft in 10 yrs. Sun or part shade in well-drained soil. Zone 5. May need protection if planted in areas that are windy.
