Deciduous evergreen with a narrow, pyramidal form. Likes medium to wet soil in full sun. Tolerates a wide range of soil. Does well in clay. Also, deer and pollution resistant. Yellowish-green, soft foliage will turn orange/cinnamon-brown in the fall and drop. Nice winter silhouette. Produces purple cones that turn brown as they mature. Grows 50-70 ft tall and 15-20' wide. Best in full sun. Zone 4-9
