Large leaf with silver pubescens as the leaf emerges in the spring. As the leaf matures, the leaf has a thin substance. As unusual, outstanding fall color bright yellow, orange and red. Upright semi-dwarf to 8 ft high and wide at maturity. Very nice for a small garden space. Sun/part shade. Well drained soil. Zone 5
